We also develop solutions for electrical substation and transmission projects. We are also committed to sustainable energy through renewable energy solutions involving solar and biomass. Our consultancy services cover the engineering needs of the oil and gas industry as well.

Thermal Power Plants
Design and Engineering of Thermal Power Plants has been our core expertise. The capability for design ranges from less than 1 MW plant to large super critical plants with 800 MW units covering all types of fuels such as solid, liquid and gaseous fuels involving boiler plants with steam turbines, IC Engine Plants and Simple/ Combine cycle GT plant. Our clients trust and rely on our vast experience in offering services ranging from conceptual design through to site supervision and management of commissioning. Captive Power and Co-generation Plants
We have a long and widespread experience in design and engineering of captive power and co-generation plants for industries in the steel and metal, cement, paper and pulp, chemical and petrochemical, textile and other sectors.
Coal continues to be the major fuel source for most of the captive power plants. We have an experience working in coal, lignite, gas, biomass and various other fuels in designing optimum and reliable solutions for our clients. We are also working with a number of process industries as they move towards co-generation and we offer combined heating and cooling solutions, along with the power generation.
By offering detailed engineering solutions through a dedicated team on single and multi-package configurations, we take care of the complete client requirements and optimize their overall project costs. In addition to technology and economic performance, we also take into consideration, environmental protection and sustainability, plant safety and operation & maintenance aspects. These also extend to the latest regulatory norms related to emission control and efficient water management.
- Environment Mitigation
With guidelines from Ministry of Environment for meeting latest norms for SOx and NOx emissions from power plants, we are working with clients for evaluating and engineering various technology solutions. These include Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) and Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) for reducing various contaminant levels in the emission. Our team can also offer engineering solutions for fly ash management and utilization, as per regulatory norms.
For a number of power plants and clients needing advisory services on meeting the latest environmental guidelines, we offer feasibility studies and technological evaluations, followed by owner’s engineering services. We are involved in basic engineering, bid management and evaluation, review engineering, project planning and expediting, quality management and inspections, and construction supervision services.
We also work with a number of EPC contractors in this field offering them pre-bid and post-bid detailed engineering services covering all functional areas, with the objective of design and cost optimization.
