Independent Engineer services for the captive berth at Mangalore port for material handling facilities from ship unloading to rapid wagon loading

Development of the terminal consisted of construction of jetty and installation of material handling facilities covering ship unloaders, material conveying, stacking and reclaiming and rapid wagon loading system. Plant was commissioned in June 2012. The project involved a 300M long jetty for berthing Panamax ships, 2 x1650 TPH Grab type unloaders, 3300TPH material conveying, stacking and reclaiming system, wagon loading of material through silos.
