Detailed Engineering for External infra Structure for Kovai Hills, Coimbatore
This Project is located at the shadows of Wester Ghats of Coimbatore, in the southern state of Tamil Nadu in India. The different land uses envisaged in the Eco-city includes an 18 hole Golf Course, a special Economic Zone with commercial offices, commercial, retail malls, life style residential villas/bungalows, residential plots, apartments, hospitals, leisure –luxury start and budget hotels, convention centres, Recreation and Entertainment facilities including club house, golf academy, games courts/fields, multiplexes, etc with all infrastructure facilities including eco-friendly internal transport network suitably linked with main city. Fichtner has carried out detailed engineering for external infrastructure without disturbing any of the golf or master plan aesthetic.
