Engineering of 6 x 100 MW Gas Turbine Simple Cycle Power Plant at Aweer Dubai
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority entrusted the work of setting up of 6x100MW Gas Turbine Power Plant to MHI Japan. Fichtner India carried out the design and detailed engineering of Architectural, Civil and Structural works of the power plant through Fichtner Germany. Design and detailed engineering were carried out as per British code. The scope of work included concrete and steel structures, static and dynamic foundations including pile foundations, design and detailing of Bypass Stack, and all buried utility services. Project commissioned successfully in time and is in operation.
